Warranty
The Company will repair or replace any defective products, which result from faulty materials and/or workmanship, provided such faults are notified in writing within 12 months of delivery. The company’s liability is limited to the cost of repair or replacement, and the company shall, under no circumstances accept any liability for incorrect installation, consequential loss, damage to other property or personal injury.
Conversions

Any products returned under warranty, which are subsequently found to be working normally, will incur delivery and handling charges.
Shipping & Handling
Hydrobaths –
All Hydrobaths are shipped via a local courier within 21 days of your purchase. A confirmation email will be sent to you with a delivery date followed by a dispatch email.
Costs –
Delivery within the UK mainland - £75 + VAT
Delivery to Northern Ireland - £150 + VAT
Delivery to Southern Ireland - £175 + VAT
Delivery Overseas - Please call us for a quotation
All other products are dispatched witin 5-7 working days via Royal Mail or TNT. A confirmation email will be sent to you with a delivery date followed by a dispatch email.
The delivery costs for all items except the Hydrobaths and Conversions are included in the price stated.
When products are delivered, the customer is responsible for checking they are in good working order. Failure to do so may result in additional charges if products are returned to the company.

The only time personal data would be disclosed to a third party, would be if this was necessary to complete your transaction with us. Information given at the time or ordering, or from e-mail/telephone contact, is collected lawfully by Sturdy Fibreglass LTD t/a K9 Mobile Grooming and in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. We need to collect this information in order to process the transaction, fulfill your order and provide you with the services you expect. Cookies are used on this shopping site, but only to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item. Cancellation & Returns Policy
There is no charge for the cancellation of orders for standard products prior to delivery. Non standard products will be charged at cost.
Items will be refunded in full, providing they are returned in good condition, with their original packaging and within a 14 day period of you receiving the goods. We cannot accept any responsibility for the goods until they actually arrive back to us, so it is recommended you send the item(s) back well packaged and contact us to organise collection via our local courier.
There will be no refund on the delivery costs.
