Standard delivery of spares and supplies to UK destinations is £5.50 or FREE over £30!! Large and heavy items will be priced accordingly.

Delivery method will be determined by K9 Mobile Grooming Supplies based on the value and size of the items ordered. Shipping methods used are listed below with estimated delivery times and other relevant information.

We endeavour to despatch all orders for stocked items received before 12 mid day, on the day they are received (Excluding weekends). Once collected by the Courier, shipping is normally next working day to UK mainland.

Orders for non-stocked items, such as Hydrobaths are usually delivered within 4-8 weeks. We will inform you when your order is ready for delivery to arrange a convenient time for you to receive your goods.

In most cases, orders received before 12:00pm (Mon-Friday) are dispatched on the date of order, subject to payment and the items being in stock. Please note that once goods have left our warehouse, the responsibility for them passes onto the carrier. However, we constantly monitor our carrier’s performance, so that you are assured of the best service at the most competitive rate. Damages and shortages must be notified within 7 days. We also recommend that when signing for parcels, customers sign for the parcel as unchecked or damaged (if damaged) so that in the unlikely event there is a problem we can resolve this quickly and effectively.

Special Note
Please inform us, when ordering, if there will be no one available at your address to sign for goods when they arrive, as our courier will not deliver without a signature. If you miss the courier, a delivery card should be left for you to arrange a time and date for delivery. 


In the unlikely event that you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please follow the simple returns procedure. Contact us within 28 days, giving details of the product and when purchased. You may then be issued with a returned merchandise number (RMA) to enclose with the item, along with proof of purchase. All items must be unused, unopened and in a fit condition for resale and we reserve the right to charge a re-stocking fee. Always keep your invoice as this is your proof of our guarantee for those items which have a warranty.

If you return an item you are not pleased with, or which is faulty, or which has been damaged in transit, the item must be returned to us in its original packaging and original condition.

Warranty Repairs

For parts replacements under warranty we will arrange a local trades person to install the new part that we send. This is the quickest way to have a part replaced. Within the first year we will cover the labour charges with the following allowed repair time.

Rinse Pump - 1 Hour
Transformer - 1.5 Hours
Power Switch - 1 Hour

Please be aware that we will not cover any call out charges and the labour rate maximum is set to conform with K9's current labour rate. 

Removal of the surge protection plug will invalidate any warranty.


Genuinely faulty goods will be credited in full for the item and including return P&P. Unless you agree otherwise the refund will be by the same payment method. We may make a deduction if the goods have lost value because you have handled them more than was necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

Hydrobaths are built to order and are not stock items so cannot be returned.  If a Hydrobath develops a fault under warranty we will endevour to organise an on-site repair or it may have to be returned to us.

Returns cannot be considered after 28 days from date of purchase. You will be credited for the purchase price excluding any carriage costs for any item which is not faulty. This does not affect your statutory rights.

If returning an unwanted item, the parcel is your responsibility. You are also responsible for the postage for the return parcel. May we strongly recommend you send it recorded post or by courier.

If you are returning an item as a result of a mistake by K9 Mobile Grooming Supplies or for a faulty item, we will pay for the cost of postage for the returned item(s). All returns must be sent to:
